THE PARLOUR SALON To all of our wonderful clients at The Parlour, We kindly request that you provide us with at least a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. A credit/debit card will now be required for all services booked. •24 hours or more notice - no charge •less than 24 hours -50% charge •no show -100% charge If you are more than 15 minutes late we can offer you a shortened service so the next clients service is not affected. We will gladly reschedule you but you will be charged 50% for the service you have missed. We want to respect your time and the time of others. When an appointment is not met, other guest miss out on the opportunity to make an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
